Review of the rules on General Average

CMI is conducting a general review of the Rules of General Average, with the purpose to draft a new set of York-Antwerp Rules for adoption in 2016.

As part of this review, a CMI working group has issued a Questionnaire inviting all national Maritime Law Associations to respond by 15 June 2013.

Cefor presented its recommendations to the Norwegian Maritime Law Association 5 June 2013.
