Communicable Disease Exclusion Clauses

Updated 8 Dec: New Cefor Communicable Disease Exclusion Clauses for hull and loss of hire covers subject to the Nordic Plan are now available as Cefor Form 2020 / 283, 284 and 285.

Please note that these are a standard policy conditions and thus purely illustrative. The clauses are not binding on Cefor members. The parties negotiating an insurance contract are completely free to agree upon other insurance conditions and clause wordings or modify the clauses.
