Sanctions Limitation and Exclusion Clause
This clause corresponds to Clause 2-17 of the Nordic Marine Insurance Plan of 2013,  Version 2023 and can be used as an alternative to Cefor Form 2024/290 'Sanction Limitation Clause'

This clause and all insurance conditions published by Cefor are standard policy conditions and thus purely illustrative. They are not binding on our members. The parties negotiating an insurance contract are completely free to agree upon other insurance conditions and clause wordings or modify the listed insurance conditions and clauses.
