Lay-up seminar MOUs

The Cefor Offshore Energy Forum held a seminar in Oslo on 12 December 2016.
The seminar included an update on the work with a Cefor guidance on lay-up of Mobile Offshore Units (MOUs). Presentations were also held by representatives from DNV GL and London Offshore Consultants (LOC).
